Returns & replacements

Arrived damaged? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.

Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Because honey is a food product, we can't accept returns on opened jars — but if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
