Every order ships from our facility in Santa Clarita, California within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). Jars are packed in protective, glass-safe packaging, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

United States: real-time UPS and FedEx rates are calculated at checkout — from ground service to overnight delivery.

International: we ship to 27 countries — Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, Japan and more — with live UPS and FedEx rates calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Don't see your country? Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

A note on crystallization

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time — it's a sign of purity, not spoilage, and doesn't qualify as a defect. To restore a liquid texture, place the jar in warm water (max 40°C / 104°F).
