From Hiva Oa in the remote Marquesas — prized as one of the last honeys on Earth without traces of environmental pollution. To protect the colonies, even importing bees and queens is banned here, and moving hives between islands is restricted. When many flowers bloom at once, the bees gather a pure millefiori — the ultimate expression of the habitat itself. Raw and unpasteurized, with water content below 20%.

Why it's rare: French Polynesia banned honey imports in 2011 — not to sell more honey, but to protect its bees. These islands hold some of the last varroa-free colonies on Earth, and the entire territory harvests only about 200 tons a year. Every jar is single-island, raw, and independently lab-tested.
